So, here I am sitting at school doing a CMS workshop thinking, woho! Gonna learn something new today!
Well, I kinda did, but then I remembered I had this blog so things weren’t so new after all.

Anyhow I thought I might post the steps of what we did today:

Öppna MAMP
->localhost:8888/MAMP
->phpMyAdmin
->Write wordpress in the text field, and don’t change anything else.
Go to finder -> home, sites, empty it then paste the content of the file that is downloaded at wordpress.org
Then go to a webbrowser and write: http://localhost:8888
-> Then you see a button “create configuration file” click that
-> Click “Let’s go!”
-> Leave everything the same, just change user name and password to root
-> click submit
->Run the install
-> Then fill in whatever you want (leave admin)

Tadaaa! That was pretty much it…
